Law Foundation of BC Welcomes Integris Credit Union as a Preferred Financial Institution

The Law Foundation of BC (the “Foundation”) is pleased to welcome Integris Credit Union to its list of Preferred Financial Institutions – banks and credit unions that have committed to paying competitive interest rates on lawyers’ pooled trust accounts.

Interest from these accounts is the Foundation’s primary source of revenue, directly funding grants that support access to justice across British Columbia. This includes initiatives in legal aid, advocacy, public legal education, and law reform.

Headquartered in northern BC, Integris serves over 27,000 members through branches in communities such as Prince George, Clinton, Fort St. James, Fraser Lake, McBride, Vanderhoof, and Quesnel. Its long-standing dedication to community investment is evident through the Integris Credit Union Community Foundation, which supports local initiatives throughout the region.

Becoming a Preferred Financial Institution is another example of Integris’ commitment to being a social-purpose-driven organization, devoted to empowering the communities it serves.

The Law Foundation encourages all legal professionals to direct their pooled trust accounts to Preferred Financial Institutions to support access to justice initiatives throughout BC.
