Resources for Supervising Lawyers
For our purposes, supervising lawyers are funded by the Law Foundation of BC and they supervise Law Foundation funded and designated legal advocates.
Supervising lawyers play a crucial role in ensuring that the legal services provided by legal advocates are high quality. Supervising lawyers support legal advocates by reviewing their legal work, providing advice on legal issues, procedures, and ethical issues, sharing strategy, or suggesting training, where needed.
